Absolutely delicious! I haven’t tried a single flavor I didn’t love. It’s clear they use quality ingredients, and the variety makes it hard to choose a favorite. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a sweet treat!

Drove 20 minutes to see if the hype was real..... it was and then some. Owners are super people, very friendly, and the place is clean. Now for the Gelato, I have no words to describe how wonderful it is, better than the Gelato I had in Italy. The Italian ice is the best I've ever had. When combined into one delicious cup and I am glad I'm 20 minutes away or I'd be here every day.

Newly opened "Gelazzo" is a hidden gem for Bayside area. They have a great selection of Gelato, Ice Cream, and Italian Ice. All handmade and homemade by them. In the case they have a selection of ice cream sandwiches, ice cream pies, cannoli, and take home pints and quarts of select flavors. They also have a diverse menu of custom or original drinks and desserts too. Not only are the ices and ice cream very good and tasty, the owners are super kind. We just happened in on a day that it was not too busy so got an opportunity to chat. Give em a try, you won't be disappointed. Give them a warm welcome to Florida and Bayside/SE Palm Bay!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10/10 — Absolutely Amazing! This place is a hidden gem! From the moment you walk in, you can feel the warmth of a true family-owned business. The atmosphere is welcoming, cozy, and authentic — you can tell they genuinely care about every customer who walks through the door. The gelato is hands down some of the best I’ve ever had. The flavors taste incredibly fresh, rich, and perfectly balanced — you can really taste the quality ingredients. Whether you like classic flavors or something a little more unique, everything is made with love and it shows. The staff is beyond friendly and patient, happy to let you sample flavors and explain what makes each one special. It feels less like a store and more like being welcomed into someone’s home. If you’re looking for authentic gelato made with passion and care, this is the spot. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

This place is delicious!!! They have ice cream, gelato & Italian ice. As well as chocolate/vanilla/twist soft serve. Everything including the soft serve is homemade!! I had mamas apple pie gelato, amazing! Kids had Italian ices and raspberry gelato which was also delicious. Family owned. Very polite and friendly staff. Extremely happy to have Gelazzo in bayside! Go give them a try!
